Retail Sales Associate
Provides a complete shopping experience for our customers, involving product knowledge and history of the company. Under direct supervision, processes retail sales and cash register transactions. Sells floor merchandise and/or assists customers with purchases, orders, and/or deliveries, as required. Restocks, cleans shelves and products, and maintains merchandising and visual display standards. Implements stock control and security procedures, and maintains appropriate records. Executes seasonal retail promotions as required. May or may not be a third key holder.

Fountain Associate
Prepares and serves soft drinks and ice cream dishes, such as ice cream sundaes, malted milks, sodas, and banana splits, using memorized formulas and methods or following directions. Cleans glasses, dishes, and fountain equipment and polishes metalwork on fountain. May prepare and serve sandwiches or other foods. May verify and total customer's bill, accept cash, and make change. May or may not hold a key for opening and closing purposes.
