Fair Oaks
Pharmacy & Soda Fountain will be featured on two
popular cable TV programs in January 2005. Made in America,
a top-rated show hosted by former Cheers regular John
Ratzenberger, now in its second season on the Travel
Channel, will tentatively air its "History of the
Banana Split" segment on Tuesday, January 11th
at 9 PM. Filmed in part at Fair Oaks Pharmacy &
Soda Fountain, and produced by Creative Differences
Productions in Studio City, Calif., this Travel Channel
favorite provides an up-close look at products and how
they are made. Additionally, Fair Oaks Pharmacy owner
Meredith Miller was interviewed for Weird Travels' "Mysteries
of Route 66," episode airing on The Travel Channel,
Saturday, January 15th at 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM (PST).
Miller has the honor of introducing the "Route
66" segment included in this 13-part Weird Travel
series hosted by Don Widman, and produced by Authentic
Entertainment for the Travel Channel. Check your local
